Service 04
Permit packages built for the desk that reviews them.
Most permit delay is not caused by the agency. It is caused by a package that did not match what that particular agency asked for, and by nobody following it once it was lodged.
What coordination covers
Preparing the submittal package against the reviewing authority’s current requirements, lodging it, and then staying with it — tracking status, answering comments, revising and resubmitting until it is resolved.
Across Florida that authority may be a village, a town, a city, a county, a state department or an independent agency, and each has its own forms, drawing expectations, fee structure and review cadence.
What we do not promise
An approval, or a date for one. That decision is the agency’s, and any firm that guarantees it is telling you something they cannot deliver.
What is within our control is that the package is right first time, that comments are answered quickly, and that you always know where the submittal actually stands.
Where permitting meets the rest of the work
Permit strategy is decided during design, not after it. A crossing, a clearance or a route choice that looks neutral on the drawing can add an agency, a review cycle and a month to the programme.
Where the right of way is involved, the traffic control plan is usually part of the same submittal — which is why the two are produced together.
What you receive

Reach
In Florida the work concentrates around Miami-Dade, Orange, Broward, Palm Beach, Brevard and Seminole, and reaches well beyond them.
Counties are named at county level only. Individual project locations are not published.

Where the work sits, what stage the design is at, and whether anything has already been lodged.
How long does a telecom permit take in Florida?
There is no single answer, and quoting one would be misleading. Review time varies by agency, by the type of work, by the completeness of the package and by the volume that agency is carrying that month.
What can be said in advance is which agencies your route brings into play, which of them are typically slower, and where the design could be adjusted to avoid an extra review. That conversation is worth having before the drawings are finished.
