Who replies?
Someone who has run your kind of project. Briefs are not routed through a general inbox and answered with a template.
What will it cost?
Route length, field conditions, the reviewing agency, the drawing standard and your schedule all move the number, so there is no useful published rate. Send the scope and you will get a real figure. Early conversations are not charged.
What should I attach?
Whatever you have — a KMZ, a route sketch, existing prints, a scope document, a bid package. Attach them to the email draft the form prepares.
Is there a minimum size?
No. A large share of the work each year is short-cycle: single investigations, locates, relocations and record sets.
